Target's 6 zone induction cooking station using i-hob induction cooking technology combined with the Rational SelfCooking Center® and Blue Seal's E311 convection oven, gives you a bespoke, energy efficient alternative to the traditional gas range cooker.

With no costly gas safety interlocks, expensive gas safety inspections and tests and minimum ventilation requirements, this means that the induction cooker is ideal for confined areas as well as listed buildings.
This totally mobile unit is easily moved for cleaning and maintenance and the flat induction cooking top also doubles as a preparation area when not being used for cooking.

With no burnt on deposits and no naked flames the 6 zone induction cooker is easy to use and quick to clean.
Along with the energy saving advantages that the induction cooking station has to offer, there is also the added benefit of the reduced cleaning time spent in the commercial catering kitchen.
