Portable Induction Hobs

Available in 2, 4 or 6 ring portable induction hob combinations, Target's portable induction hobs are light duty and ideal for use in less demanding catering applications.

These portable induction hobs are also available built into stainless steel workstations, cooking stations and induction range cookers, providing a seamless, easy to clean and maintain induction appliance.

Constructed from quality, commercial grade stainless steel, these portable, induction hobs are ideal for front of house, theatre style cooking, or to provide an extra cooking facility for use in different areas of the catering kitchen.

Light Duty Induction Hobs

Light duty induction hobs are suitable for use in less demanding applications and share 3kW across 2 zones and is 230 Volt, single phase. Light duty hobs carry a 12 month guarantee.

As the induction hob only uses electricity when a pan is on the hob, it is extremely energy efficient. With no naked flames, pan bases stay cleaner and with a totally flush Ceran® glass top the induction hob is also easy to keep clean.

Commercial Induction Hobs

Target Catering Equipment's commercial induction hobs are heavy duty and suitable for use in more demanding catering applications. Heavy duty table top induction hobs are available but these hobs are more commonly supplied built into Target's modular induction cooking ranges.

Heavy Duty Induction Hobs

Heavy duty induction hobs are suitable for dynamic catering environments and give a 3.5kW output capacity per zone. These hobs are 400 Volt, 3 phase and carry a 3 year guarantee.

Built in heavy duty induction cooking stations and induction range cookers can be used as a stand alone cooking facility or positioned within the main cookline.

Built In Induction Hobs - Modular Cooking Range

Target's induction hobs can be incorporated into a customized induction cooking range, designed to suit you, your kitchen and your menu, being modular in design catering equipment can be integrated into the cooking range to providing a seamless cooking facility.
