Target Cooking stations offer an alternative solution to the traditional inefficient gas fired range cooker.

The induction hob reduces waste heat to a minimum and the 13 amp plug in fan assisted convection oven and grill ensures even oven temperatures, which is ideal for baking.

The built in overhead ventilation system uses heavy duty baffle style grease filters with disposable particulate filters, together with odour reduction carbon filters with recirculation and optional duct discharge spigot for top or rear powerful integral fan air discharge to atmosphere when required.

This means that there is not a need for an expensive gas safety interlock system or air quality monitoring system to ensure compliance with stringent gas safety regulations BS6173:2009.

The Compact Induction Cooking Station with Built In Ventilation is mounted on castors ensuring that it is portable and therefore it can be used anywhere.  It is easily connected by a 13 amp plug for each appliance.
