Having used local artisan craftsmen to design and build their new Home Economics and Food Technology Room Ipswich High School for Girls turned to Target Catering Equipment to supply and fit their new overhead demonstration mirror.

Now even the students at the back of the class can view the cookery demonstrations with ease.
