Dunscar Garden Centre is the pride and passion of Hilary and Shaun Lewis.  Not only an independent, family run garden centre with a passion for flowers, stretching over 60 acres, but also a high quality catering kitchen facility offering a vast selection of delicacies from their menu at the Garden Cafe.

During the recession businesses have had to look to diversify and control overheads, this is exactly what the owners of Dunscar Garden Centre have done.  This has allowed them to ride out the storm and even expand, with more great plans in the pipeline for the future.

Part of the cost control, doing more for less, was the purchase of a Target Catering Equipment i-hob Six Zone Induction Hob for the catering kitchen.  As the induction hob is energy efficient and easy to clean, this will enable them not only to cut energy costs but also save time with the maintenance and cleaning in the kitchen.

When new restaurant partners Helen and Darren Wynn of Carringtons Catering take over the kitchen they will have the best equipment to deliver their exciting new menu at this oasis of tranquility.
