Incorporating a Six Zone Induction Hob, which doubles as a working surface when not being used for cooking, and in-built sink, Target Catering Equipment have eliminated the need to carry hot and heavy pots and pans from the cooking area to the sink.

Pots and pans can now be slid safely from the cooking area to the sink.

As with all Target i-hob induction cooking stations, a combination of Blue Seal Turbofan Ovens, Rational SelfCooking Centers® and Adande Refrigerated Drawers with the blast chiller option, can all be incorporated into the Chef's Induction Cooking Station. This gives the catering establishment and the chef the opportunity to create their ideal coking station which suits the cooking style and the menu of the establishment.
