Kitchen ventilation can prove to be an expensive outlay when starting a new catering venture.  Target Cooking Stations offer an alternative solution with their plug in Induction Cooking Station which comes complete with a built in overhead ventilation system.

The induction hob reduces waste heat to a minimum and the 13 amp plug in, fan assisted convection oven and grill ensures even oven temperatures, which is ideal for baking.

The built in overhead kitchen ventilation system uses heavy duty baffle style grease filters with disposable particulate filters, together with odour reduction carbon filters with recirculation. An optional duct discharge spigot for top or rear is available and a powerful integral fan which enables air to discharge to atmosphere when required.

This means that there is not a need for an expensive gas safety interlock system or air quality monitoring system to ensure compliance with stringent gas safety regulations BS6173:2009.

The Compact Induction Cooking Station with Built In Ventilation is mounted on castors which means that it is portable and therefore it can be used anywhere.  It is easily connected via 13 amp plugs, 1 for the ventilation system and 2 for the i-hob Quad 800 Induction Hob.
